CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy is a powerful and effective form of bodywork that is deeply relaxing and gentle on the body. It supports balance and grounding, helps release chronic tension patterns and emotional holding, and encourages the body's innate capacity to heal.
For Students and Practitioners
I also offer student resources and practitioner support for deepening your practice.
For people at an evolution point in their work.
VISION INTO FORM
You’ve spent years building a career, a practice, or a body of work. Maybe several. You've accumulated real wisdom, experience, and depth. But something is shifting. The way you’ve been working no longer quite fits who you are now.
You might have a sense of what wants to come next, but there may be too many threads, too much history, or genuine fear about what might be lost if you change.
This is where I come in. I help you sort through what’s present, find language for what’s emerging, and bring it into grounded structure.
You leave with something tangible. A new offering, transition plan, workshop, business or practice ready to launch, or a way of being with your work that feels more aligned with who you’ve become.

About
April Lee is a Craniosacral therapist and instructor, writer, and coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. A fifth-generation Californian with Chinese-Japanese roots, she grew up in Berkeley, influenced by a mix of cultures, traditions, and ways of perceiving.
April’s father was a Hawaiian healing practitioner and jazz musician. Her own path has also unfolded between different worlds — the intuitive and the practical, healing and systems, body and mind.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that much of what we seek is already within us. She creates space for people to slow down, listen more deeply, and find their way back to themselves.
