WRITER · ADVISOR · SOMATIC PRACTITIONER
Essays, Craniosacral Therapy, and Vision Into Form, guided by embodied awareness.
Welcome! I’m April.
I’ve spent nearly three decades at the intersection of body, mind, and systems. My path has woven through the healing arts, tech startups, embodied leadership, and organizational design.
Through Vision Into Form, I help people navigate transition and bring their ideas into the world. I also write about embodiment, culture, and AI, and continue to practice and teach Craniosacral therapy.
Across these threads is the belief that we heal, create, and change through reciprocity and relationship.

VISION INTO FORM
Bring your vision into form without losing who you are.
You have a business, project, practice, or offering that you want to bring into the world. But everything lives in your head. Too many threads, not enough structure.
This is where I come in.
It might look like clarifying a core idea, building a workshop, making an important decision, or bringing form to a project or venture that’s emerging.
You leave with clarity about what you're building, language that lands, and a path forward that feels alive and genuinely yours.
April Lee
I’ve always been drawn to what lives beneath the surface of people, systems, and situations. Before I had the language for it, I was sensing the unsaid, noticing patterns, and tracking subtle dynamics.
Over time, that sensitivity and intuition became a way of life. My work draws on three decades of somatic practice and teaching rooted in presence, meditation, and movement, woven together with extensive experience in operations, systems thinking, and organizational design.
These experiences inform how I see, listen, guide, and meet complexity, attuned to both the nervous system and to structure.
My path has been shaped by a lifetime of navigating transition in both personal and professional life. At the heart of this work is helping others return to what’s true from the inside out, moving forward in a way that honors the whole of who they are.
